problem with mass update panel

Good day forum members:

My problem resides when i want to do a mass update, if i try to do a update of just one record, do it without problem, but, when i try to do a update with more than 1 record at the same time, the page becomes blank and dont do nothing and dont display nothing, when i reload the page and go to the "module" (accounts in this case) just do the update with the first record, i checked the error_log of sugar, the sugarcrm.log and dont say nothing, what can be?

It happens because that is no memory to manage so many records.
I also (and maybe everyone) have this same situation, for exemple when I want to update 100 records, I can, but if I want to update 500 or maybe 5000, we will get this blank page.

It is because the maximun of memory allowed for you PHP to use, you can increase that on some PHP config file.

Thanks Rafael but i don't think that's it could be the problem, i try to it do just with two or three records
