Problem with Meetings

We have installed Sugar 4.5 In our compan and so far we are very happy but we have a major issue wih meeting schedulling. Whenever we schedule a metting beyond 19:00 Sugar Automatically consideres it to be schedulled the next day. This is a big problem for us since we have a defined custom search for the meetings programmed for a specific day and the meeting that are posted beyond 19:00 do not get listed at all. However if we request a search of the mettings programmed for the next day then the missing meetings get listed.

Turns out this is a bug in SugarCRM with the time-zone function it has implemented. My time zone is GMT-5 so Sugar translates all my metting into GMT for storage into the databse. Even though sugar has scripts that translate all meetings into my time zone within the application, It turns out that these scripts do not work for the search function. This cuases in my case that any metting that starts before 5 AM or after 7 PM will not show up in my searches because in the database they are registered on the date of the previous or the next day. So far I have no solution but I think this is a really serious bug so any hel would be appreciated
