Problem with migration

Hi all, I have a problem with some missing fields.
I installed Sugar on a Virtual Machine but we had some problem with the server so we decided to transfer everything to a standalone server. We are having problems with the "Assigned To:" field in the Advanced Search on Sales > Leads.
We backed up the whole database from PHPMyAdmin, tried to keep all the directories permission's the same, but we are having this problem.
Does anybody know how to solve this? I'm attaching a print screen so you can see what I'm talkin about. Also I'm using Version 5.5.0beta2 (Build 6523) .

Looks like your users table is damaged in some way.

Are you able to read the data from the users table via phpMyAdmin?

Have you tried doing a repair to the database tables via phpMyAdmin?
