problem with module loader

Web server: lighttp latest vertion.
Distro: Debian lenny (5.03)
MySQL: 5.0.75
Php: 5.2.6
curl: installed
json: instaled
SugarCRM: 5.2.0j
php.ini: file upload=90M
Java JDK: installed.
Java6: installed

Permissions and ownership:

Permission to sugarcrm install dir: 777
Owner of SugarCRM install dir: www-data

Problem:

I would like to install and run ZukareportCE1.11
File (ZukareportCE1.11.zip) was download to local disk.
I opened SugarCRM admin-->module upload. found the local zukar file --> hit upload. System working for some time but eventually i get empty page. The Zukar file did not uploaded and i can not install it as a module. I need the Zuker report working a.s.a.p...

I did looked at this forum but it looks like no one really solved this kind of problem.

If it is unsolvable pls suggest a work around.

This was discussed quite a few times here, pls. check the forum on Sugarforge too.

You need to increase your upload_max_filesize parameter in php.ini - ZuckerReports is quite big. If this doesn't work or if you do not have access to your php.ini there is a way of taking out the jasper part before uploading and upload this piece separately.

Please read the manual - it's old but the essential parts are still valid (with a little phantasy...)
