I'm using the sugarcrm version 4.5 Beta right now and I want to make a campaign about a conference that my company going to organize using email but i'm having a problem in sending personalised email to each multiple receivers.
For example: Dear $contact_name (this code only work for the first receiver and not for the following receivers i.e : i have 10 persons in my email list and i want to personalise an email to each of them but when i post to 10 person,only the 1st person will get the personalised email and the following person will not get the personalised email instead they will get the 1st receiver's copy. )
Can you please look through this problem because i need to know as soon as possible.
