Problem with projects aftes apply 4.2.1a patch all project disappears for users

After it updates to the version 4.2.1a with the 4.2.1a patch, No user can see the created projects.

After many work I discovered that the user admin can see the projects without problem and if I create a new user also can see the createds projects, but the user that existed when I am applied the patch cannot see the projects.
If i create a new proyect with a user that has the problem, the project disappears after created.

Please help me with this. .

Despues que actualice a la versión 4.2.1a utilizando el parche 4.2,1a Ningun usuario puede ver los proyectos creados. Despues de mucho trabajo descubrí que el usuario admin puede ver los proyectos sin problema y si creo un nuevo usuario tambien puede ver los proyectos, pero los usuario que existían cuando se aplico el parche no pueden ver los proyectos. Por otro lado si creo un nuevo proyecto con un usuario que tiene el problema, el proyecto luego de ser creado desaparece.

Ayuda con esto por favor.
