We are running Sugar Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049) on a Linux box (not sure of the specifications of the box at the moment), and seem to be having a problem when it comes to Case Reports.

We are trying to make a report of all the cases that a particular user has, and therefore under the Case Report tool, I would select the user that we want to see cases assigned to, and then click Search. However, with one exception, no cases come up.

The exception is when I select Administrator, in which case, the following results come up:
New Cases By Month
Open Cases By Month By User
Open Cases By Priority By User
Open Cases By User By Status

Is there an option (in the code or otherwise) that I am going to need to check to allow cases to come up under the users name? Or what else might it be that it causing it not to work?
