I have some doubts about Roles and Searches...

1st-
I have created several teams, and joined to them several users.In these teams aren't users from other teams.
When i do a search for a case that is assigned to another team, the search doesn't return any result!
Is this specific of the team module?If i had to make a role, wich row should i define?(Accounts,Bug Tracker or one of the others...)

2nd-
When i receive mail from a group, i made the action defined to "Create Case". What appens is every time that i try to create a case from an e-mail, the system retuns the message that i don't have privilleges to do that action!I have a role that as the E-Mail row enabled and set the collums to Default.

If someone coul help in here...
