Problem with scheduler

Hi
when i click on scheduler then this error display

This system does not have the cURL libraries enabled/compiled into the PHP module (--with-curl=/path/to/curl_library). Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue. Without the cURL functionality, the Scheduler cannot thread its jobs.

And also display at the end of the page

Create a batch file with the following commands:
cd D:\wamp\www\sugarCRM
php.exe -f cron.php

please help what can be a problem and how this will solve.

Check your php.ini for a liine like extension=curl.dll or similar (don't know the exact wording). Enable it by removing the the comment. Restart Apache.

For the other problem pls. read the countless posts re. settkng up the scheduler in Windows.

First problem solved but following error remain

Create a batch file with the following commands:
cd D:\wamp\www\SugarCRM
php.exe -f cron.php

Please any one for this help.
