problem sugarcrm5 email with attachment

Hi all,

I've upgraded from sugarcrm 4.5.1h to sugarcrm 5.0 opensource. I use a linux centos 4 with a kernel 2.6.9-34.0.2-EL, Apache version is 2.0.52, PHP version is 4.3.11 (cgi) and Mysql version is 4.1.20.

When I try to send an email with an attachment with new sugarcrm 5 client, it appear a warning/error with this message:

Warning: mime_magic: broken symlink (cache/upload/4bc4f4bc-8353-e88a-267f-476d03d1a85f) in /var/www/html/crm/modules/Emails/Email.php on line 290
while(1);/*{"composeLayoutId":"composeLayout1"}*/

who can help me to resolv this error ?

Hello miavazzo,

Is the e-mail still sent with an attachment? Do you have shell access so you can look at a directory listing of the ./cache/upload/ directory? If so, please paste the output of an ls -l ./cache/upload -- thanks!

Yes I've strangely received email with attachment but I can see the error message that I've just reported.

Can you help me further ?

Hello,

I've listed the directory with command you told mee. I can see many files with different user/group ownership. Many files are root/root and other files are asterisk/asterisk.

Can you help me about that ?

I've even noted that when I receive this error, I can't find the email in sent folders. But, I want repeat that, the email was sent normally.
