Problem to upgrade 4.2.1 to 4.5.0b

Hi all,
I'm having a problem to upgrade Sugar bitrock for windows 4.2.1 to 4.5.0b.
I've downloaded the 4.5.0b installation package and i uploaded in the sugar upgrade wizard, but when i click commit i have te following error:Could not copy file C:/SugarCRM/htdocs/sugarcrm/cache/upload/upgrades/temp/41.tmp/SugarSuite-Upgrade-4.2.1-to-4.5.0b/modules/Accounts/DetailView.html to C:/SugarCRM/htdocs/sugarcrm/./modules/Accounts/DetailView.html

Have any of you can help me?

Does your webserver have write permissions to the sugarcrm Directory? Check the file permissions for the directory and files. Your webserver needs to have write permisions in order for SugarCRM to be able to upgrade.

My webserver has write permissions in the Sugar directory. I also configured everyone FullControl in the Sugar directory but didn't work.
