When I try to upload the file to uprade from 4.2.1c to 4.5.0c (SugarPro-Upgrade-4[1][1].2.1-to-4.5.0c.zip) the wizard show me the next message and dosenīt do anything: "Please specify a file and try again!"

I have the same problem, which I posted yesterday here . I haven't had a response yet, but given that they were targeting the 4.5.0d release for today, maybe there will be a fix along with it.
I am having the exact same problem still with the upgrade to 4.5.0d
Any help? suggestions?
Most likely the value upload_max_filesize in your php.ini file is too low. The uprgade file is 6MB.

if you have this message and cannot upload your upgrade install package file, yeah the problem is your php.ini setting.
And remember, you need to restart your Apache server in order for the changes to be effective. Otherwise you'll still get the same message.
