Hello and congratulations for this great forum

I am a new user of sugarcrm and the last days trying to build a crm systems for a small law office.

We have 5 computers (without server) and a network attached storage which has all the necessary files for the office operation.

I built the sugarcrm on a pc with xampp installed , succesfully...

But i have the following questions.

I uploaded some files in the crm (excel and word) which files are stored on the network storage.

But when i am opening a file , correct some fields and tried to save again in the network storage , appears an error that says about a file violation.Is there any way to change the default folder of the stored documents and create new folders following inside the nas?

The second questions is about an extension that i need , in order to export the contacts in xml or xls format , correct and add extra contacts , and import them again to sugarcrm. Because the csv export is tragedy...
