I am rather new to SugarCRM and I just tried to use an external email client for sending emails from Sugar. The thing is, nothing happens. I have set both my user's, and the global "outbound email defaults" to "external email client" and I'm using Outlook as my system default email client. When I for example choose "compose email" for a specific lead, I am directed to the SugarCRM mail client and not, as I expected, to Outlook. Does anyone know how to solve this?

(Btw, I have made sure that the system default email client works.)
