Default Problem using the import wizard

    Hi

I have two Sugar instances and I am trying to import the same information in to both, I am using a CSV file export of an Access DB. In one Sugar instance the data is imported successfully but does not show up in the Module I have imported it in to (it shows in the database so the import itself is working). On the second instance I get Import Errors have occured about 5 minutes in to it with no explanantion of what the errors are, it has imported about 600 of 18000 records. The layout of some of the fields is different between the two instance but the basic setup is the same, a new custom contacts module with additional fields added.

    Any ideas??

Both instances are running the latest update.

    Thanks
    Ed

Reset your user preferences and try the import.

Run a Quick Repair and try the import. If you still have problems, try importing a single record with less data.

Same error importing 500 records, is there anywhere I can check for an error report or something?
