Problem with viewing Campaign Status

If I try and navigate to the end or NEXT in "click-thru" or "message-sent" or any other list on the campaign status I get...

SQL Error : The multi-part identifier "campaigns.id" could not be bound.

any ideas...???

Noticed that if you "sort" on any of the columns before you try and navigate... the navigation now works... ????? this is version 4.5.1 running on Apache 2 php 5.1.2

Bug posted... under subject "multi-part identifier "campaigns.id" could not be bound". On the subject of campaign responses.... I assume "delete test entries" should remove test entries from the campaign statistics, etc ... this does not appear to work in my situation I am running 4.5.1 under apache 2 php 5.1.2 and SQL 2005 server SP1...

Well ..upgraded to 4.5.1b today ..and it solved my OUtlook plug in issue.. hoooray..BUT it has REALLY trounced the Campaign status screen this time.. click anything and you get a pop up windw stating ..
