Problem viewing contact assigned to another admin

I did a quick search on this but didn't find anything.

I only have a small number of users for my implementation. After adding in a number of contacts and assigning them to another admin, I cannot see them.

I'm sure this is a setting somewhere, but where?

I don't see anything under that user in the admin panel. This user is set-up as an admin as well.

I will warn that I am pretty new to Sugar and this implementation is really just a test for a larger implementation that should happen in the near future.

I'm running Sugar 6.1RC1.

Be sure that you don't have any search parameters entered in the contacts search form. Press "clear" then search again.
