Problem in viewing HTML email messages

This might sound a little bit strange, but thats how its going.

I have two users facing problem on sugar.

First User: In this users's inbox, he is unable to see the body of an html email. some time plain text messages are showing up and sometimes not. other users are able to work normally with their inbox. i have rechecked all the settings for this user without any success. Any suggestions.

Second User: Strange. His sent items are showing up in his Inbox!!!! any fixes on this? other users are working fine.

We are running Version 4.5.1 (Build 1197) on Linux. I will post the server details after getting the information from my admin.
