Problem when opening SugarCRM

A friend of mine is currently using SugarCRM Open Source and it's only for FREE. She's been using it for almost 1 and a half year. But the problem is when she tried to open the URL it says "Page cannot be displayed". Probably the main reason is that, her account has already expired but I am not so sure ().

Can anyone help me why is this thing happen? How can my friend be able to retrieve her files and records?

Probably he has stopped apache.
Please let us know more information about the server.
I mean OS,Sugar version etc.

Could you provide us with the screenshot of the error page. It would help us to understand the error better.
