Problems with 4.2.1 and Options in the Admin/Repair menu

I am having problems with running any of the commands under the repair menu. They all result in error as follow;

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php4:/usr/share/php') in /home/vhosts2/a/q/aquariuszoo.no/www/sugar/modules/Administration/RepairIndex.php on line 92


Any comments/suggestions is much appriciated.

Did you customize SugarCRM or add an external module to SugarCRM?

I have added zuckerfeed and oscommerce module. I have also commented out one line in the InBoundEmail-php, which encodes my characters wrong. Besides that I have customized anything.

Should I remove the modules I have installed ?

I'm not familiar with those two modules but they may be causing the issue. Have they been functioning correctly? If you can remove them for a testing purpose, it's worth trying.

I have now removed all modules, besides zuckerfeeds, because I am not able to remove it. Further, I have got an Sql error after removing the modules. On emails etc, in the bottom, where it should list contacts etc, it now only shows this message; Error retrieving Email list: Query Failed: SELECT contacts.id , contacts.first_name , contacts.last_name , CONCAT(IFNULL(contacts.first_name,''),' ',IFNULL(contacts.last_name,'')) as name , jt0.name account_name, contacts.email1 , contacts.assigned_user_id , 'contacts' panel_name FROM contacts AND jt0.deleted=0 where contacts.deleted=0 ORDER BY name asc LIMIT 0,10::MySQL error 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND jt0.deleted=0 where contacts.deleted=0 ORDER BY name asc LI


Also I have tried to run evey repair function in the admin panel.

Do you (your web server) have a pemission to write a file to the cache and modules/Relationships directory?

have run chmod -R a+w on boh dirs, just to be sure. No cure.

Also the incomin emails from customers is not beeing recognized anymore.
