Problems about javascript in firefox5+

I am a newbie for sugarCRM.

Recently, I met a problem in sugarCRM 4, hope can get some advices, thanks very much!

I got a problem in Firefox 5+ that when I am using a sub-panel to create something, all JavaScript in that quick Create sub-panel don't work.

But these JavaScript works well under Firefox 4.

Can someone teach me what's wrong with it? Thanks

Sorry, I didn't make the sugar version specific first time.

The version of sugar that I used is sugar_version' => '4.5.1d'
