Problems after installing

i get this errors and can no longer try to find the solution could i get any help?

It seems like you have a permissions problem. Make sure that the web user has read/write/del access to the httpdocs directory.

One thing that caught my eye is that it appears PHP is in safe mode. If this is your server you really should turn it off (from memory, on my system its a config option in /etc/php5/php.ini'). If you are using a hosted service the best suggestion I have is to use a different host!

you mean giving access to root directory? i'm setting a 755 to httpdocs to see if it gets solved in any case i get weird url such as:
cache/modules//Uservardefs.php
with double slash is somehow awkeward isn't it?

You installed it to httpdocs. It doesn't need to be there. Most folks will install it to htdocs/sugarcrm or the like.

Yes thx a lot the php safe mode turned off solved it. In any case what permission is best to se on denials because as i read it should be 766 but for most steps in instllation i had to set it to 777 for it to work could it be because of the safe mode? if so i guess having chmod 77 in include and else is not the best option.

i installed it in root because its a subdomain set only for this i guess this could be ok.
