I'm using Sugar CE 5.1 on windows 2003 with PHP5.2 and IIS7

I have a 'live' instance of Sugar running and I have a development instance running on the box. On the development instance I modifid my contacts form with some additional fields.

Since everything look good and ran good, I copied over appropriate files to the other folder for my 'live' instance. One fo the folders I need to copy over is the cache folder. Everything works good when I access my modified form on the 'llive' server, however I can't modify the layout of the form or anything until I give permissions to iusr_<server> to the cache directory on the 'live' instance. When I do this, all of my fields are gone.

How can I give permissions to the cache directory and stop the directory from being reset when I log into the instance? Does someone know of a work around?
