problems with charset when importing russian UTF-8 contacts through wsdl

Good time!

When import data through wsdl (using Jitterbit) arose following:
data entry filed in utf-8, but the database stored in the ISO-8859-1,
and the data are displayed incorrectly.
for example "Елена" instead of "Елена"


Seen whether such a problem? As it can be solved?

I am not sure I understand 100% what you are asking. Are you looking to import into SugarCRM using ISO-8859-1 instead of UTF-8?

If you go to the 'My Account' area, click the edit button, and under the 'User Settings', there is a dropdown called 'Import/Export Character Set'. Here you can change the character set that you want to use to import or export.
