Problems with de Upgrading Wizard (from 4.2.1 to 4.5.0)

Dear Friends,

When I try to upgrde my SugarCRM from 4.2.1 to 4.5.0,, the process stops and
in my screen appears the following message:

The new Upgrade Wizard will now resume the upgrade process. Please continue your upgrade.

At this point the system do not presents any option. It's a final screen.

When I restart my sugar, the look is the 4.2.1, and some functions like oportunities do
not work.

Did you use the latest 4.5.0a patch?

I have the same issue. The upgradewizard.log stops at "resetting $_SESSION"

....

same problem here. Centos 4.4, MySQL 4.1.2, Apache 2, everything up-to-date.

The only non plain-jane thing about my server is that it is x86_64 SMP kernel. (dual opterons).

has anyone looked into this yet? I really want to get on the 4.5 bandwagon

I haven't been able to put my finger on it, but there seems to be something funky about the permissions needed in Sugar's various directories on Linux machines. On my system (Slackware 10.2, Apache 1.3.37, MySQL 4.1.21 and PHP 4.4.4) both the user and the group Apache runs under needed to have read and write privileges throughout the Sugar directory tree.
