Problems Duplicating Accounts

Users are having a problem that when they try to duplicate an account in Sugar (Accounts Tab > account >Duplicate button > Save) it just gives them a white screen. Looking thru the sugarcrm.log I find the following error: ERROR SugarCRM - MySQL error 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'View' at line 1

I have been looking through the sugar .php files trying to locate the code for the duplicate button so that I can view and correct the syntax, but haven’t found it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

PHP version: 5.1.6
Operating System: Mac OS X
Database: MySQL



Update:

We found that the problem is connected to email notifications. When email notifications are disabled globally then we can duplicate accounts without issues.
