Default Problems with Email Campaign tracking

I've sent two email campaigns, and per the wiki and this forum, I've done everything correctly. For some reason I am not getting any tracking results for: Click thru, Opt-out, or viewed message on either campaign. It IS showing the stats for how many emails bounced, sent, and were suppressed.

My question is this: is there a step I may have missed that would cause Sugar to withold that data (that I can avoid in the future), and is there any way for me to get that information AFTER I've already sent out the campaign?

Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer!

    Hello,

have you good settings for the host and the site_url parameters in the config.php file ?
Moreover the server must be online : you can't use an EsayPHP or WAMP that is not online.
