Problems with focus on field

Hello everybody,

Today the following problem appeared, if I use the preselection under Contacts => filed Account name I cannot leave the field anymore. If I chose an account name via the select function it is working normally.

Has anybody a solution for this problem, it occours only in the field Account name. In the field Assigned to the preselection works fine.

Which version of Sugar.
It is known a bug related to that at some 5.0 version.

I assume you are using Sugar 5.0? This sounds like bug 19281 that we fixed in 5.0.0c. See the 5.0.0c release notes.

We are on 5.0.0e and still encoutering the problem. Any ideas?

Can you supply more details? What browser version are you using? Any plug-ins in the browser?

Is there anything else about how this problem is manifesting itself worth noting?

Hi,

It was a problem in 5.0.0a and was fixed in 5.0.0c. I also tested it in 5.0.0e. It works correctly.

Apologies, the problem is not actually related to the exact module. We have created a custom module called Tax Returns. There is a contact relate field on the module. The focus does not leave this field when the contact is selected using auto-fill.

Which browser are you using? It is a known problem for Safari and will be fixed in the coming 5.1.0 release.

Its happening on both IE7 and FireFox 2 unfortunately. I have also seen it happen on different sugar instances.
