Problems with Inbound Email

I have a problem with the part Inbound Email.

I can't create a new monitor for my case....

the application remains on sleep state ........


that can be..????


The DB sugarcrm i cheked.. and when i began an request grom save some change, the application does not respond....

All the tables and the DB in the check that began with mysqlcheck gave me ... OK....
I have Sugar Community Edition Version 5.2.0j (Build 5804)


Pleaseee I need an answer....?

My configuration for crontab is it .......

To Setup Crontab
Add this line to your crontab:
* * * * * cd /var/www/html/crm; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1


In this zone Inbound Email, I can't create a new user and less to least edit one of these.

The application web remained static without making changes. And the browser remains in the same place....


what can be...?????


I need an answer because we have this application with many users in production

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm having a bloody hard time getting inbound emails to work. I can get outbound just fine. If you find a solution please post, maybe it'll help me too???

Hi,

With me it happens exactly the same...

I'm running a fresh new version of SugarCRM Community.
It was installed automatically with installatron and all is working perfectly, except some things with the inbound emails: the website seems that is loading but I've been waiting for about 5 - 10 minutes until the page reloads.

If I try to test the configuration it is the same.

Credentials are correct. It might be something on the server perhaps? Any php.ini configuration?
I have the memory_limit at 512M

Oh... I forgot to mention this:

1) While the page loading is stuck... I cannot navigate on any other page. It will not move.
2) If I open the application on a different browser, it opens. But if I try to do the same action, it freezes again.
3) If I close the browser (that is stuck) and open the website again, all works fine.
4) If I perform the actions of adding/editing an incoming email, the problem comes again, but at the end, I can see the changes done (but it takes 5 to 10 minutes), depends....


Any suggestions, please?
