Problems Installing Sugar Ver 4.5!!!! PLEASE ASSSIT

HI,

My company has requested me to install sugar ver 4.5 to have a look at the fuctionalities before any decision can be made. We are wanting to use sugar for our helpdesk.

My problem is when I install sugar I keep on getting the Object not found msg, please can someone assist me in overcoming this problem.

Full Error Msg is as below,

Object not found!

I guess you mean 5.5?

However, could you install? Or when does this error appear? When you try to start the installer?
Is this a manual installation or the stack installer? What did you type into your address bar?
