Problems with Meetings and Contacts

Hi, I created some new modules, one for partner accounts. I created the new partner accounts and contacts module deployed it and everything seem to work fine. After awhile I started to notice that my meetings that were associated with contacts no longer had a entry in the related to field when they come up in my meetings list on the home page. when I click into the meeting there is no entry for what contact the meeting is related to. So I went into the studio and found that there was a missing relationship between contacts and meetings... So I added that relationship but it didnt fix the problem, then I went into the edit view and noticed that its missing the contact field and there are a few fields from my partners module that shouldn't be there. Everything is all messed up now when i try to click on the home page i get an error:

After reading about the relationships instructions, I realize now I need to not message relationships in studio. ack :\

I need help bad, I dont know how I can clean this up.
