Problems with MySQL database

Dear reader,

Yet again, I did something stupid.
I discovered that some relationships in our SugarCRM Custom Modules were not correctly applied, so I just uninstalled the package I created and accidentaly left the settings on "remove all tables". When I changed the relationships and deployed the module again, all records in our custom modules were deleted. The records in our standard modules are still intact.

I've got 2 questions (or problems) on which I hope you can help me.

The first one is:
Is it possible to retrieve the information from the custom modules from the MySQL database without having a backup file?

The second one is:
When I try to create a new record in the custom modules I get the following error:

Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.

And subsequently in the log:

I really hope someone can help me with it.

No good news:

1) There is NO possibility to recover deleted database tables without a backup. NEVER - really NEVER run your server without backups!

2) You extended your custom module z_ya1_houses by one or more custom fields. Just define one custom field in Studio and the problem should be solved.

i have been having trouble installing sugarCRM.initially there were username issues but they were resolved.nw i am getting an error msg "Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details."
and the sugarcrm.log says "06/22/11 11:05:15 [1096][-none-][FATAL] Unable to retrieve system settings Query Failed: SELECT category, name, value FROM config: MySQL error 1146: Table 'sugarcrm.config' doesn't exist"
i have not been able to reach the login page even once yet.

please help
