    Default problems with quickcreate form

    hi!

    i have a strange problem with creating quickcreate-forms in studio. i have found some threads on this board with similar problems but no solution so far...

    the problem is as follows:
    if i change the opportunities-quickcreate form in studio, it looks alright there but in the actual site it's still the old form. this is awkward because the other quick create forms (contacts, ...) can be changed without any problems. does anyboy else experience this problem and maybe has a fix for me? i've read in some other thread that there are two php skripts and the one changed in the studio is (due to a bug?!) not the one which gets displayed ...

    Try deleting cache\modules\Opportunities\form_SideQuickCreate_O pportunities.tpl and try loading the page again. Doing a repair/rebuild will also do the same thing. Also delete everything in cache\smarty\templates_c just to make sure that's not an issue.

    Backup your sugarcrm directory first just in case. It's never an issue but it'll help prevent an user errors.

    thanks for the quick reply, but unfortunately the eradication of those files didn't do the trick still the old (default) form?! any other hint's what i could try?

    okay...to delete the files by hand didn't work, but with the "delete templates cache" in the admin section i got the problem solved!
