Looking around the forums, I am beginning to suspect that there are major problems with Sugar handling attachments that are received from an IMAP account... is that a correct assumption?
We have an inbound mail schedule which checks two IMAP accounts and pulls the mail into the Group Inbox... this works fine, although it misses of any attachment from every mail that comes in.
Presumably this isn't what is supposed to happen?
