Question Problems Replying to Mass Emails

    Windows XP and Vista
    Sugar 5.0.0b
    Apache 2.2.4
    PHP: 5.2.3-1ubuntu6.3
    MySQL Server: 5.0.45-1ubuntu3.3

I've been testing the mass email function in Sugar as the company I work for is getting ready to lauch several mass email campaigns. One thing I've noticed is that the people I email are unable to reply to the email. Particularly in Netscape and Outlook when they hit reply the TO: field is grayed out. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any suggestions? I even tried putting information in the Reply name and address in the email settings, but that seemed to make things worse (aol users could reply when those fields were blank, but when I entered information into those fields even aol users couldn't reply). Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you set up an inbound mail for monitoring in admin email section?
