Problems with roles

Dear All

I have been using sugar community edition for last 2 months. I have created a role named "Sales" which is to be assigned to the sales user. In this role I have defined calls, meeting, notes delete permission to None and edit permission to Owner.

But whenever I see the detail view of accounts in the activity sub panel all the calls and tasks and meeting are listed with rem icon. that give the user the option to delete the calls, meetings and tasks.

Sames thing happens for history as well. As I can understand I do not have the facility to define access for "Activities and History" I am having this problem.

Can anyone help me out from this problem. I am quite new to Sugar.

Hi! this REM button doesn't acctualy delete the record, all it does is remove the relationship between them

Hi,
Anyways if you want to remove that edit and remove button, you can remove it from imccrm_test1\modules\Notes\metadata\subpanels\ForH istory.php
Just comment the lines or remove it...

Same way for other subpanels........
