Problems whit Custom Fields/ Label editing

Hi, I recently installed Sugar in a Shared Server, Version 4.5.1 ( not yet updated because Im using PT_BR language pack, and seems like this pack has some problems with 4.5.1b)

Im having a problem in the Studio. First I've tried to edit a Label in the Accounts Module, named SIC Code, to something more relative to the Brazilian standard (CNPJ). I was able to change it in the Engllish version, but, when I choose Portuguese in the drop down, It automatically changes back to English. So, I cant edit any Label in the Portuguese Language. The Only way I was able to do this, was by creating manually a File in the custom Folder, with the same parameters of the English file. It worked fine, but is not the most fashionable way

Next, I've tried to create a custom field, so select the module, then Edit Custom Fields > Create Custom Field. but I dont know what comes next, because nothing happens when I click in Crete Custom Field. It should open some field editing screen, right? but nothing happens, the browser try to load something but goes back to the same screen.... So, any sugestions to solve this?

I know this is a pain but try uninstalling the language file and then try creating the custom field. I think it will work then. I have had the same problem with language files in 4.5.1b. If you uninstall the language file and it starts working then the problem is in the language file.
