Problm with batch file creation in scheduler

Hi

Watever command given below the scheduler in sugarcrm 5.1....i have copied that command into notepad ad saved it as .bat extenson to create a new batch file but its showin error at time of run.


And error showin as "'php.exe' is not recognised as an internal or esternal command ,operable programme or batch file.


From sugar forum we got cd c:\xampp\htdocs\sugar4........here we hav to run php.exe

but php.exe is not there.....



please help any kind......we r stuck here so not able to mark up scheduler................
