Hi,

I have made few own fields and inserted them into my leads layouts like detail, list and edit views. I have done this with Studio.

For example one is "last contact made" date field to keep track at a glance in leads list view, when I should be calling someone again etc...

The question is: What is the procedure of transferring these special fields to "contacts" record when converting a lead to contact ?

These special filed names are not available (quite naturally) in Studio contact layouts to select. So, how should I proceed ?


The next question is that what would be the correct procedure in reverting a contact back to lead ?
