There is a following problem: we Place on a site the web form, further the visitor fills in the form and its contacts get in SugarCRM. After that it is necessary, that to it it was automatically sent to an e-mail.

Have for this purpose established Process Manager. We create process, a stage and the task. Only at creation leads at us letters do not depart. Who can be familiar, in what an error?

In Process Manager in Task we chose only "send an e-mail" and the template. There something else needs to be adjusted?

At installation most Process Manager errors did not arise. Version SugarCRM 5.5.
