Default Process Manager - Parameters and ReOccuring Events

I am using Process Manager, which I love so far!

I have two questions about using it which I can't find on the forum or through a Google search.

    1. Can I use Parameters in the subject fields? For example, I want to create a call for new customers. In the call subject I want something like: New Customer Call: {contact name}.

    2. Re-occurring events - I want to create a rhythm for my contacts. Can I just create a process that says “call contact every 45 days” forever.

    Are either possible?

    Dale,
Late reply - but no, you cant insert dynamic data into the Call Subject in Process Manager.
And yes you can do recurring events in our Enterprise Version of Process Manager. More information on this and other SierraCRM products can be found at www.sierracrm.com

    Thanks,
