ProcessManager - Send email to new lead owner

I've been trying out ProcessManager community edition and it looks very useful. I can get it to send nicely formatted SugarCRM email templates back to new leads (e.g. welcome email). I would like to have it send a notice to the SugarCRM user that the lead is assigned to. I know Sugar is supposed to do that but I'm on 5.2F and it seems to be broken in that version. In addition, I like being able to use templates for that activity.

Anybody out there using ProcessManager that can comment? Anybody know of any good ProcessManager forums?

you should not need process manager for this. If you create a lead and assign it to a user, as long as you have set sugarcrm up to do so (admin>users & admin>system settings), then sugarcrm will be send an email to that user every time a lead/contact/opportunity etc is assigned to them.

in addition to having the Notifications checkbox checked under admin>system settings, the Notifications checkbox must also be checked off for users, as well as have an email address populated for each user who wants to receive a notification.
