Product: Account Name shown as 'Not Available' in Search

We would like to be able to search via the product name and account name In the Product module (showing all products that have been quoted). When I add the account name to the Search Form in Studio is says 'Account Name: NOT AVAILABLE' instead of allowing us to type in the Account name.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

We have exactly the same problem, upgraded to the latest version but it didn't resolve the problem.

any ideas ?
