Hello all - I have 2 questions related to product categories, any help appreciated!

Question 1

I cannot select and delete product categories. I imported 245 categories, now I want to delete them. On the categories page, there is a selct link, I mouse over that and click on select all, but it does not select them, so there is no way for me to delete all of these.

Question 2

I have one product category called "Plant Disease".

This is the parent category for 245 categories. In my CSV for import, I mapped the parent category field to a field in my csv that has "Plant Disease" for each record. However, the parent category for each of my 245 new categories is blank. Can you advise please.
