How do you determine the duration of cases?

Hi Paul

The Cases module does not store that information, so you may create two custom fields date_finished and duration which can be filled in by a logic_hook before_save: When status is changed to 'closed' fill in date_finished and calculate duration using date_entered and date_finished.
