Which project is the best Teams project?

I'm a bit new to the world of "teams". It looks like I may have to move our company in "Teams" direction, as the roles are only going to take us so far. I've seen a couple of team projects at SugarForge, any recommendations?

I've tried CETeams and it worked very good.

But, after i uninstalled it from module loader, sugar gaves me back a lot of php errors.
I heared, from one of my frieds, that the uninstallation of CETeams needs addtional procedures.
