Project - Labels - Studio - Failed to retrieve data

Hi

Im not sure what happened here, i was working on creating related dropdown lists which didnt work. Then when i tried to click on labels under projects in the studio i get a message that is displayed for a very short time at the top of the screen that says "Failed to retrieve data" I deleted all the custom stuff and ran a quick repair and rebuild but no luck.

Can i please have some help with this. Ive checked the sugar log and cant find anything

I fixed my problem. I went to the advanced settings and changed the error logging level to "debug".
Then i went back into studio.
Clicked on Projects.
Clicked on edit view
Waited for the error to show up.
Got the sugar log.
Saw what php file it was running when the error came up.
Copied the php script to notepad ++
Found that there was a bracked missing
Added it in
Tried clicking on editview again under projects and it worked fine.

i had the same problem running on windows

the problem is in the mvc_utils.php, go to the end and comment out the eval. it's in the include/utils folder.

et voila it runs on windows. i had no problem running everything on linux but apparently the eval does not work properly on windows.
