I love the software here, really it's amazing.

I just am wondering how do I have it so a user (that is our Project Manager) can be able to login and in "My Pipeline" it be able to show everyone's pipeline? We have 4 salespersons setup on it now, and we all have different pipelines depending on how much we are quoting and such. Now, how is it that I could have the project manager login, and see My Pipeline be everyones?
