project module

Hi

I want to add project module into my application. How i can do it. How to add the module into tab and i want to give permission to the administrator to create a project. somebody help me. Thanks in Advance.

May be my query is not clear. what is my query is in sugarCRM we have already Project module and ProjectTask module i want to implement that modules in sugarcrm but i am not getting how to add this modules in the tab. version is 4.2.0c. I need an help how to do it.
