Default Published module can't be installed. Hangs at 22%

I hope someone knows a way to get this to work.

I've created a small module based on the Basic template. It could be deployed and worked.

    Then I published the module.

I undeployed the working module and deleted the package. Then I uploaded my published package and clicked the install button.

Thee install starts but hangs at 22% and the "Display log" link just shows me

    Failed to copy /Library/WebServer/Documents/sugar/cache/upload/upgrades/temp/eTd2aX/SugarModules/modules/ebuDC_Discounts modules/ebuDC_Discounts

    I couldn't find anything in sugarcrm.log.

Is there a known bug, some workaround or did I do something plainly wrong? I thought publishing a module should give me an insatallable package. Am I wrong?

    Version 5.0.0e (Build 3276)

I reinstalled Sugar 5.0.0e and could then install my module. Not a solution…
